The YFEMWC, a mutual water company, is legally obligated to keep community water service rates as low as possible while ensuring high water quality and a reliable delivery system that includes springs, wells, tanks, and pipes. We conduct water quality testing monthly and publish our water analysis annually. Additionally, we collaborate with the California Water Resources Control Board on grant-funded mitigation efforts aimed at enhancing our delivery system and improving water quality.
The YFEMWC Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
If you would like to join a board meeting, please write or call the Board President a day ahead of the scheduled meeting so that we can arrange online access to the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of the YFEMWC membership is held on the first Saturday of October each year in the Yosemite Forks Park at 10:00 a.m.
All members are encouraged to attend.

CCR: The link to our most recent Consumer Confidence Report (2025) is available to view at: http://tiny.cc/YFEMWC_CCR and on our website (YFEwater.org). We are required to post these reports annually and, in addition to their online availability, they can be found posted in the YFE Park. Let us know if you would like a paper copy mailed to you (559)683-1170.
Fire: In May 2025, Madera County updated the fire restrictions in residential zones such as Yosemi

Our Rules are updated annually and are available by request to anyone interested in the operations of the water company. Restated Bylaws will be reviewed and subject to approval by the company at our next Annual Meeting

Realtors and home buyers/sellers are asked to complete our Escrow Demand Form in advance of a real estate transaction. This is necessary for existing customers to fulfill their obligations as members of the mutual water company and to initiate community water service. Additionally, this process ensures that water quality testing can be conducted appropriately by YFEMWC.

We are happy to share the agendas and minutes of our Board of Directors meetings for our mutual water company, YFEMWC. Agendas are available four days in advance of our monthly meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about our community water service.
